How do I take Party Orders?

Many party guests want to take some time to look over their price list and discuss items with their significant other. Give everyone 2 to 3 days to do this. I would suggest not going longer than that simply because people forget and get busy.

Allow your guests to take your party price list with them and have them leave you their customer order forms. Make sure they fill in their name, email and phone number and sign the bottom of the order form.

When you call them later on, remind them that even placing one order with the party will qualify them for future party pricing online.

Also ask them if they are interested in becoming a consultant or having a party of their own. Having a party of their own will award their hostess $100 worth of product for 50% off.

The easiest way to take payment for a purchase is by credit card. Have the guests read their number to you over the phone. You will enter this information online. The system online does not store credit card information and you can black out that part of the order form when you are done with processing.

If a guest pays by cash or check then you must enter your own personal credit card information online to make the payment. This sometimes makes balancing your own credit card history a little tricky.

If you are paid by check make sure the check is written out to you since you'll be using your credit card information to make the online payment.

Whenever possible, take a credit card number. And don't forget to check that the billing and shipping address are correct. Sometimes they are different.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. You will have to get a physical address for these purchases because they are shipped via FED EX ground.
