Online Selling

Be aware that we need to be sensitive of others' work and time in building up their customer database by not setting up hidden cookies or using other systems to occult our consultant information online. If this is something that you've done or are doing, consider making a change in your practice of online sales. If you are not familiar with these practices, then you are not using them. So don't worry! Happy selling!

Sandy Expo Opportunity

Shelf Reliance Event Opportunity
What a Woman Wants Show
September 23-24,  2011
South Towne Expo Center
Sandy, UT

Shelf Reliance has purchased a booth at this event and is offering shifts to any consultants interested! We fill shifts on a first come, first serve basis.
Shelf Reliance will be providing plenty of samples, sample cups, and some literature to hand out at the event. We recommend you at least bring a business card or sticky label to attach to items that you hand out.
We will be charging $50 per day. Please emailevents@shelfreliance.com by Wednesday, September 14th with your preferred shifts. There will be a maximum of three consultants per shift. The sooner you email us, the more likely you will get a shift or possibly more shifts. We involve as many consultants as possible and then go back through the list to add more shifts. This is a great opportunity to take orders and get leads! On September 15th you will be notified by email which shift(s) we were able to schedule you for.
More information about the event can be found at: http://www.whatawomanwantsshow.com/details.php
We recommend now for all events that you obtain a food handler’s permit. Please bring this certificate to the event. They are only $21(depends on County) and really simple to do online. A food handler’s permit is a good idea for any public event that you hand out samples at. We would recommend getting the permit for the County you live in.

Friday, September 23rd
Shift 1: 10am-1:30pm
Shift 2: 1:30-4:30pm
Shift 3: 4:30-8pm
Saturday, September 24th
Shift 4: 10am-12:30pm
Shift 5: 12:30-3:30pm
Shift 6: 3:30-6pm

updates on price list Sept 9, 2011

The Home Party price list will have a slight update posted sometime today:

Apple Chip, Pear, Potato Bead, Whole Wheat Flour, Instant Rice, Ham Dices, Bacon TVP, and Sausage TVP have had the pouches removed. The production on these items is not definite, so they have been removed until further notice.

The New Drinks on the Case page had the wrong ID numbers (they do not follow the same pattern as other items #'s do).

The Fruit Sample Pack (#10 Cans) #26910 price has been lowered to $268.19 Retail, $236.09 Q-Club. This package contains 9 cans of food as listed on the product page. The picture shows 14 cans, which is incorrect.

The Premium Meats Essentials Pack #25344 has been discontinued.

Any further price list updates such as new products or discontinued items will be put onto an additional Price List Addendum sheet if that occurs during the Fall season.

Update on Free Sample Lead Generation

We are sorry for the confusion and we appreciate you communicating your concerns so we can make this a better program for our consultants. The New Lead Generation Program is an effort from the Shelf Reliance corporate office to help our consultants generate more leads. When we receive information from a new lead we will assign the lead to an active consultant within the same geographic area. However, the consultants aren’t obligated to contact the lead or to provide a sample. If you aren’t interested in the new lead that has been assigned to you, please inform us by responding to the email you received. If we didn’t hear back from you within 3 days, the new lead will be automatically assigned to another qualified consultant. To provide a THRIVE sample, you may invite the new lead to a party or coordinate a party to be hosted by the new lead. We have reworded the emails that are being sent to our consultants as well as new leads in order to communicate this information effectively.
