Compression, along with the Q residual income, is what makes our company commission program so outstanding!
The whole commission downline will compress up whenever there is someone on your team (any 3 levels) that doesn't have an active Q. An active Q is your commission qualifier.
If someone on your downline is in position to earning commission, but doesn't have an active Q, then their commission is compressed up to their enroller and so on and so forth up the line.
What this does is allows you to benefit fully on your downline even when they aren't active members.
This is amazing and makes a huge difference in sales! There will be consultants on your team who would actually make a commission if they had their Q active. For whatever reason, they've chosen to not continue with their Q so their commission moves up a level benefiting those on up the line.
