To qualify to move up rank, you must qualify across the chart in 3 different areas.
1. Your Personal monthly Q budget
2. Your Personal Sales for the month: What you sold this month. This includes Q sales.
3. Your Team Sales for the month: What you AND your team sold this month added together.
These values will give you your rank for the month and your commission payout.
You can move up rank without a team.
Once you've reached a rank title, you keep the title. But each month you must achieve the rank again to get paid on that level. So every month is new!
You get paid based on your lowest qualifier for the month
For example: If you qualify for Silver Executive rank in personal sale and team sales but not in personal Q, then you don't get paid as a Silver Executive but instead as a Director.
Always be sure you qualify for you rank equally on all 3 levels so that you don't leave any money on the table.
