Thrive CHICKEN Salad in 2 minutes!

Is it best to build wide or deep in our company?

When you have someone on level 1 you can benefit from their personal sales and their level 1 & 2 (which would be your level 2 & 3).

When you have someone on your level 2, you benefit from their personal sales and their team level 1 (which would be your level 3).

When you have someone on your level 3, you only benefit on their personal sales (which includes any Q's they have) because their team is now your level 4,5,6.

With everyone building strong level 1's the whole team will benefit and naturally grow supporting all 3 levels. You don't need to beef up the 3rd level, it will happen naturally with strong level 1's.

And since everyone has the same chance to build unlimited on their 1st level the potential for a stronger 1, 2 and 3 will be huge!

When I say "benefit from" I don't mean you take anything from your team. The company pays everyone on the same commission plan; 10% one time sales, 5% Q, and possibility of 2% on the downline. The company will pay you for training and recruiting a team. That money does not come FROM your team, it's just BASED ON your team's performance.

This means that if you recruit, PLEASE train! If you don't, (we've seen this happen) your whole team disappears after time and that is so sad for those people who wanted to succeed but had no upline support.

Our company is built to support team building and not recruiting alone (traditional MLM). MLM recruiting usually involves selling product from consultant to consultant at very high prices and only few customers are involved in the process. E.G. $25 shampoo.
These companies and teams survive mainly on recruit purchases. So when a few people quit the business the whole team might suffer.

With ThriveLIFE, when a member of your team (anywhere in the 3 levels) quits their Q, at commission time, the whole team will compress filling in the gaps and paying you the MOST possible. Remember you do need to qualify for certain ranks to receive added commission for your team.

At Thrive LIFE, consutlants are on the Q, yes, but at reasonable, competitive pricing that match our customers. Most of our Q customers are not consultants, they are regular customers. There are over 10,000 consultant right now and there are consultants who alone have 1,000s of Q customers.

Company stat: over 80% of our product is sold to customers and only 20% to consultants.  If everyone on your team builds sales based on residual Q volume that means that you gain added commission residually as well and advance in rank quickly.

You can earn up to 2% on all 3 levels as a Platinum.
Then imagine that all consultants and customers are on the Q below you. You will see that our volumes grow exponentially. You can also see how generous our company is to pay all of us on sales that are ongoing and not new every single month.

Most will say 2% on team sales seems really small. But our sales volumes are huge because we sell directly to customers. Average party sales are over $500 in one time sales plus 2 Q sales in the company; totally around $1000 in party sales. If all those sales were Q residual sales, that Q sales would be commissionable to you this month and every single month those Qs remain active. Which other company sells that much volume of product at their parties? Some might but it is very few.

Two consultants have hit 1 million in sales and 1 consultant almost hit 2 million. Imagine 2% of even 1 million in sales? That isn't a little bit of commission. That is really something big. And most of it came from a team being active on the Q and a team selling the Q to their customers. And not only does the upline benefit, the team members who sold those Q's have that same added commission for themselves.

Building a support a team is key to EVERYONE on the team advancing in the business.
